Blood In The Gears is not meant to be anything but a space for leftist writing and organizing. What that means is that a piece on wrestling in the indie circuit in America will not have any less weight than a piece of writing on a video game that the author adores, or any writing about building local power. It is a place for us to write about whatever pleases, more likely, whatever currently obsesses us. It is a place for us to document the earth as it is being murdered to make capitalists more money, to scribble down the rights that vanish as the reactionaries try to entrench their power, and to show the brutality of empire being brought home to give us the repression our country spread so freely abroad. The Only Way Out Is Through.
